PRCO has worked with Porto Montenegro since 2009 to create and promote a positioning for the development, the Bay of Kotor and Montenegro, designed to justify residential and berth pricing significantly beyond that previously achieved in the country.
- Conceived the brand narrative positioning Porto Montenegro as 'the next St. Tropez' to appeal to a younger demographic. Implemented an international media relations campaign in the UK, Germany, Russia and CIS and Italy.
- Designed and implemented a pop-up retail programme to populate the dock side retail space with niche luxury retail brands. Secured key coverage of the marina residences in property pages of key publications e.g. Vogue, Tatler. Achieved coverage across nautical titles e.g. Boat International and destination features in lifestyle titles e.g. Robb Report, Harper’s Bazaar.
