This summer, new chef Matthew Cuthbert took over the kitchens at Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds, bringing with him a wealth of experience garnered from his time working alongside Marco Pierre White and at Heston Blumenthal’s Hind’s Head.


Chef Cuthbert’s new all-day menu features staples from the British culinary repertoire with a strong focus on seasonal, locally-sourced produce and great, fresh food cooked simply. Big flavours come from ingredients such as wild English mushrooms, home-cured gravadlax, Barbary duck breast and locally-made cured meats and cheeses.
