Fusion Flavored Thanksgiving at The Setai

The Setai South Beach is offering a Thanksgiving celebration that blends Asian and American flavors for those who are seeking something new yet want some tradition mixed in. The Setai’s Executive Chef David Werly has created exceptional dining options, from an elaborate Brunch to a contemporary Thanksgiving dinner where all will be able to enjoy their blessings.

Thanksgiving Jazz Brunch offers diners a relaxing afternoon of both Asian specialties and traditional Thanksgiving dishes from the dinner menu as well as complimentary Taittinger Champagne and homemade Bloody Mary.

Thanksgiving Dinner will offer a choice of a four-course Asian Thanksgiving dinner or a classic American one, including Roasted Turkey with Stuffed Leg of Sausage, Chestnut and Mortadella, Honey and Cardamom Jus, and Tandoori Turkey Tikka, marinated with Teadill and Indian Spice Cooked in the Tandoor Oven. Both menus will be paired with hand-selected wines by resident Sommelier Dwayne Savoie.
