Four Seasons Maldives

Comprised of two superlative luxury resorts on land, and the world’s only floating Four Seasons, travelers can truly create a one-of-a-kind Maldivian adventure with the Four Seasons Maldives Collection. Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa (which reopened on September 15, 2006) is located just a short trip by speedboat from Malé. Gramercy Park Hotel

Paramount Hotel

A Big Apple landmark, literally, the Paramount is found at the intersection of Times Square and Broadway offering travelers a fashionable, vibrant, and uniquely “New York” experience. Built in 1928 by famed theater architect Thomas W. Lamb the hotel was designed to reflect the bustling energy of the surrounding “White Way” employing dramatic French Renaissance architectural elements. Throughout the ensuing eight decades, the hotel has gained notoriety for its infamous guests, connection with legendary performers and artists including: the Memphis Stompers, Yoko Ono, Liza Minelli and Andy Warhol, and its eccentric owners, all of which have left their indelible marks. The Café Royal

The reopening of The Café Royal in June 2012 as a member of The Set – a new luxury hotel collection - marks the return of a London institution that has undergone its third architectural reincarnation under the deft hands of visionary international developers the Akirovs and David Chipperfield Architects. The comprehensive works have restored, in collaboration with Donald Install Design, the original listed interiors dating from the 1860’s and 1930’s, whilst simultaneously creating a contemporary 159 room hotel and spa that embraces its context. The hotel will also offer a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, from the exquisitely restored Grill Room to the buzzing Domino Room.

Tucked away in the heart of St James’s The Stafford radiates an air of Englishness into an increasingly international capital. From the 380-year-old working wine cellars to the restored Carriage House and contemporary Stafford Mews suites, it is the first choice for the discerning traveler. The award-winning American Bar (home to one of the capital’s most fascinating collections of international artifacts, memorabilia and oddities) is the choice for those seeking to relax in a lively, yet sophisticated setting while enjoying a classic cocktail or a fine cigar in adjacent outdoor heated lounge. This January, the hotel began a more than £6 million renovation project that will result in the redesign of the hotel’s first-floor reception and lounges, Main House guest rooms and corridors, and restaurant. Completion is slated for end of April 2011.
