April 2021 – PRCO has been appointed to represent LODHA UK in the Middle East to support the company’s sales program for its flagship development, No. 1 Grosvenor Square.
The campaign will educate UHNW and HNW residents and investors in the Middle East on the building’s heritage, design, location and luxury amenities.
LODHA UK’s projects include No. 1 Grosvenor Square, Lincoln Square and Holland Park Gate (Kensington Odeon). The developer has sold £650m of prime and super prime central London residential properties since 2017, including a £142m penthouse at No. 1 Grosvenor Square.
