In 2025, Vienna will welcome 25 prime residences among the top floors of the city’s historic former courthouse.
Developed by Brisen Group, the private residences comprise 25 apartments and penthouses atop the Mandarin Oriental hotel. The residences and hotel are located within the historic building, first designed in 1903 and steps away from St Stephen’s Cathedral.
PRCO Advisory provides ongoing consultancy on the narrative and positioning of the development, while the PR campaigns in Austria and the wider DACH region, the UK, the GCC and Asian markets will raise awareness of the residences as the building approaches two key milestones, topping out in spring 2024 and completion in 2025.
