PRCO is implementing a re-positioning strategy to set Chelsea Barracks and its architecture within the wider evolution of Belgravia and develop stories around the allure and heritage of great London estates.

The team draws on key development milestones in anticipation of the project’s completion to rebuild credibility and develop anticipation. The result has been to differentiate Chelsea Barracks within a competitive London super-prime marketplace.

Highlights have included a collaboration with Masterpiece 2018 to reintroduce Chelsea Barracks to the media and target audiences in an engaging way, highlighting the design, culture and artistry of the development. The team has subsequently placed hero stories in a range of target publications that focus on heritage, location, architecture, design and lifestyle amenities.
