The rebrand stretched across the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Oman and Bahrain, and PRCO supported in wider global market awareness. Since then, the strategy has broadened to support the ongoing positioning of one of the world’s largest real estate brands in the Middle East. TOH’s work won ‘Best Corporate Campaign’ at the MEPRA Awards in 2019.
The team works as an extension of the in-house team to make best use of both global and regional insights and reports to position Savills as the go-to real estate voice in the region, with an ongoing record of quality, trust and commercial success.
TOH also develops strategies to support each individual market in the GCC, to meet their precise service line requirements and client needs.
Since appointment, the Savills brand has strengthened its market share in the GCC, building profile of its diverse portfolio of services and geographical spread. Together with the client, TOH has hosted numerous networking and sales-led events in Riyadh, Dubai and Cairo, attended by target media, influencers, HNW individuals and thought-leaders.
