PRCO was hired as the communications partner for the launch and ongoing positioning of Zuma Rome, part of the acclaimed Zuma family, led by Rainer Becker.
The specific brief was to create a unique identity for the venue that was separate from the restaurant’s location within Palazzo Fendi.
The team focused on building awareness locally and nationally introducing Zuma Rome as the place to see and be seen in the city, celebrating authentic Japanese dishes executed with a contemporary twist, set within a venue that reflects the best of modern design.
PRCO held regular meetings in Rome with Zuma’s Italian GM to discuss news and strategies on a monthly basis.
The launch was supported with a series of targeted influencer and VIP soft hosting moments, including a media lunch with target Rome-based journalists to promote the acclaimed Zuma business lunch. On a B2B level, PRCO leveraged the profile of Chef Ivano Guastella and his young team to secure interviews in leading trade publications including Grande Cucina, TrovaRoma and Pambianco.
As the launch phase unfolded, PRCO included quality digital influencers and celebrities into the campaign to maintain the buzz in both Italy and abroad and was also instrumental in developing creative partnerships and collaborations.
