Led from the UK, PRCO has worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for over 30 years to support the brand’s international expansion.
This currently includes 116 hotels, resorts and residences across 47 countries. PRCO handles media relations in the UK, Italy, France, Germany and Russia, and has developed digital projects to support specific campaign focuses.
The objective driving the strategy is to increase brand differentiation through targeted, high-impact initiatives, including the launch of Four Seasons Private Retreats, Private Jets 2.0 and the Four Seasons ‘Pop Down’ series. The team also generates awareness of key corporate priorities and openings across all markets, from North America to Asia.
Day-to-day, PRCO’s experienced media and influencer relations experts build relationships with targets relevant to UHNWI and Affluent Millennials, representing the brand’s diverse customer demographic.
Results are tracked via increased share-of-voice (SOV) in target European publications against competitors, as well as positive year-on-year growth in agency-generated coverage.
